An Airline Service Executive works either at a call center of an airline or at the check-in counters or at the boarding gates at an airport. They assist people by providing flight information, booking tickets, helping to check-in at airports, helping to board aircraft at the boarding gates at the airports, help in booking check-in baggage, and so on. Some of the executives work in security functions to ensure all passengers have a safe flight.

Career Track By Pathway 1

Class 10 with any subjects – NSQF Level 3 Qualification in Airline Security Executive.





After completing Class 10 with any subjects, you can pursue National Skill Qualifications Framework (NSQF) Level 3 certificate for ‘Airline Security Executive’ or similar courses. The total number of training hours is 240 hours. If you have completed training under Aviation Security, then also you may obtain NSQF Level 3 qualification. However, this training is not compulsory. You need to be 18 years of age for pursuing this certificate.


Career Track By Pathway 2

Class 10 with any subjects – NSQF Level 4 Qualification in Airline Customer Service Executive.





After completing Class 10 with any subjects, you can pursue National Skill Qualifications Framework (NSQF) Level 4 certificate for ‘Airline Customer Service Executive’ or similar courses. The total number of training hours is 240 hours. If you have completed training under Aviation Security, then also you may obtain NSQF Level 4in Airline Customer Service Executive qualification. However, this training is not compulsory. You need to be 18 years of age for pursuing this certificate.


Career Track By Pathway 3

Class 10 with any subjects – Class 11-12 with any subject - NSQF Level 4 Qualification in Airline Reservation Executive.





After completing Class 12 with any subjects, you can pursue National Skill Qualifications Framework (NSQF) Level 4 certificate for ‘Airline Reservation Executive’ or similar courses. The total number of training hours is 240 hours. You need to be 18 years of age for pursuing this certificate.
